Inquire About OpportunitiesProgram Overview
Learn the design business from the inside.
Our internship program is thoughtfully designed to maximize your learning experience in the interior design industry while providing valuable insights into running a successful business. Interns engage in a comprehensive range of activities, including daily operational tasks and in-depth project involvement, ensuring a well-rounded education.
Interns who complete the program not only meet the requirements of their school programs but often go on to start their own businesses, work alongside established firms in the design industry, and achieve success with a solid background and understanding of both design and business fundamentals.
The internship encompasses three main areas of work
Hands-on studio experience with real responsibility.
Design Assistance
Support all aspects of current projects through research, material selection, computer-aided and hand-drafted renderings, and the creation of compelling project boards.
Administrative Tasks
Handle essential office functions such as filing, database management, client correspondence, and organizing business-related activities.
Marketing & Networking
Develop graphic design skills, participate in meetings, attend industry events, and represent the company to build professional connections.
Advanced Growth
Next Level Program
Taking the internship and externship to the next level, this advanced program places greater responsibility on interns per project. In addition to all intern/extern responsibilities, participants focus on making projects more efficient and streamlined.
More emphasis is placed on project management, critical thinking, and executing tasks with greater independence and leadership, preparing participants for higher-level roles within the industry.
Junior Designer Program
Designology will provide a steady stream of projects and act as an umbrella for private projects. Interns receive assistance with marketing, business operations, and contracting, gaining comprehensive exposure to the business side of interior design.
This level of engagement is compensated with paid hourly wages and a commission percentage, offering a rewarding opportunity to grow professionally while earning.
