As a longstanding member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), Designology remains current with industry licenses and accreditations. The firm regularly attends national industry and designer market shows across the United States to stay at the forefront of trends and innovations. Adrian has been honored as one of the "Ones To Watch" recipients and currently serves as Chair Elect for the Trends & Futures Committee at ASID HQ. He is also an active Industry Ambassador and frequently speaks at industry events.

Adrian’s commitment to interior design extends beyond his project work. As a dedicated leader in the profession, he has spent years advocating for the industry, contributing to education initiatives, and mentoring emerging designers to foster growth and innovation.

ASID Texas Leadership

The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) advances the interior design profession and highlights the transformative power of design to positively impact people's lives. Adrian has held several leadership roles within ASID, including President of the Texas Chapter, and currently serves as Chair Elect of the Trends & Futures Committee. He has been recognized with the “Ones to Watch” award and the Diversity by Design Small Business Grant from ASID Texas. Additionally, Adrian has spoken as a member and ambassador at numerous events, including ‘Celebrating Design Texas,’ Gather Catalyst, and various industry gatherings, sharing his expertise and advocating for the profession.

NKBA Voices of the Industry

The Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) 2013, held in New Orleans, Louisiana, in April, was a pivotal event for the industry, celebrated for its technological innovations, product awards, and as the final standalone edition of its kind. Adrian was selected as a speaker for the “Voices from the Industry” series, one of 70 presenters chosen from over 7,000 entries. He delivered a presentation focused on leveraging inspiration platforms such as Houzz and Pinterest to effectively communicate clients’ visions and expectations, highlighting innovative approaches to client engagement and design collaboration.

METROCON

Metrocon 2013 in Dallas, Texas, sponsored by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), was a prominent national conference and trade show serving as an educational forum for designers and architects across Oklahoma and Texas. Adrian was selected as one of 50 presenters from over 112 entries to lead an engaging session on the “History of the Interior Design Profession,” providing valuable insights into the evolution and foundational principles of the field. Adrian later presented in 2015 about “Running your Own Interior Design Business.”

Women's Council of Realtors

Adrian was featured as an educational speaker for the San Antonio and Hill Country chapters, presenting on the topic of "Combining Interior Design with Real Estate" as a strategic tool to elevate success within the industry. The Women’s Council of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) is the industry’s premier source for strong, committed, and well-trained business, association, and community leaders.

KBIS

The NKBA & KBIS "Voices from the Industry"

The NKBA "Voices from the Industry" (VFTI) program at KBIS 2014 was a major educational conference held in Las Vegas during the inaugural Design & Construction Week. Featuring 85 peer-led sessions and panels—many offering CEU credits—the event focused on topics such as design, business management, and marketing. Adrian presented a session titled “Networking for the Design Professional,” providing insights and strategies to enhance professional connections within the industry.
